Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)
Customers may contact us by phone call, voicemail, text message, or email to request service. We may respond by text message to the number used to contact us in order to follow up on that request (scheduling, estimates, updates, and invoices/receipts). We retain text message conversations for recordkeeping and customer support.

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive service-related calls and text messages necessary to fulfill your requested service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Marketing Text Messages (Opt-In Only)
Marketing messages (such as service reminders or promotional offers) are sent only to customers who have separately opted in. Customers opt in to receive promotional SMS by texting START to 470-641-3067. We send a confirmation request and the customer must reply YES to confirm before any promotional messages are sent (double opt-in).

You can opt out of marketing messages and still receive service-related texts needed to complete a requested service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of texts, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP. You can opt back in by replying START.

Use of Service Providers (Tekmetric)
We use service providers, including Tekmetric (and Tekmetric Marketing), to help manage customer communications, estimates, invoices, and messaging. These providers may process contact information and message content on our behalf to deliver texts and maintain communication records. We may send invoice/payment links and, if requested by the customer, information or links to third-party financing options offered through our payment provider. We do not allow these providers to use your information for their own marketing.

Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number or personal information, and we do not share SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share information only with trusted service providers as necessary to operate our services (for example, shop management, payment processing, messaging, and website tools).

Data Security and Retention
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for business and legal purposes.
